The Royal Circle is comprised of all Past Worthy Grand Matrons, Past Worthy Grand Patrons, and Past
Grand Matrons & Past Grand Patrons in the Minnesota Jurisdiction. The Royal Circle has been in
existence for many years.

• Clarence Castile - Charity

Purpose:
To give advice and assistance to the Worthy Grand Matron and Worthy Grand Patron at their request.
The Royal Circle members must be knowledgeable of the Constitution By-Laws and General Regulations
of Prince Hall Grand Chapter.

They will facilitate two Workshops annually for the Jurisdiction.
Required to meet on a quarterly basis.
